Dunes West is a community of diverse housing options with homes ranging in price from $200K to more than $3 million. Residents enjoy a country club lifestyle with championship golf course, two pools, fitness center, tennis courts and many play areas. There is also a racquet club, boat storage, a crab dock and many miles of walking and biking trails as well as a club house. The parkway entering the community gives a sense of Lowcountry as it is flanked with beautiful oak trees and verdant grounds. A number of new home builders are currently building in the vast community.
This golf-centric community is located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Homes in the community range from the mid-$300K to over a million.
